Working together for sustainability

A good example of how we can help with cross trade is our cooperation with Natural Bag. Natural Bag makes sustainable paper bags, which are used worldwide.

These bags were also used at Expo 2020 Dubai UAE, where sustainability and environmental friendliness were key themes. The desire to organise the world's most sustainable expo led to the development of Natural Bag. After a lengthy and extensive global tender process, the unique tree-free paper bags from Natural Bag from Brabant were finally chosen. No less than 78 hectares of forest - about 115 football fields - were saved because World Expo in Dubai chose these bags. Natural Bag also wanted a sustainable and environmentally friendly method of transport. And they chose our efficient way of transportation through cross trade. Nice that we were able to contribute!
